Love this local store. Very helpful and honest!!

I was disappointed when Airway quit making vacuum cleaners. I have had one for several years and encouraged several family members to buy one. Now I'm concerned about being able to get parts, etc. Had an old non-working Kirby from my mother-in-law and it wasn't worth but $10 on a trade-in. So -- love your vacuum 'cause it isn't worth much to anyone else.

I had a bad experience too. Very pushy, and did not stand behind promises. Rude to my mother and cocky. The service man was nice but not the owner. Sold me a used part for a few dollars less than a new part and never told me that I could have a new one for less than $5.00 more. I found another dealer to buy from.

Have pur. several expensive vac. from here even though owner is a little arrogant.Have had to have my Airway fixed almost every yr. since pur. even though I store hose separate from wand as suggested.Early Mar. left beater bar to be fixed.Tech. suggested I bring in hose also. Never rec. a call about b.bar. Was very ill for awhile.Took hose in on 6-23. Was told that b.bar had been thrown out becus. it was there more than 60 days.I asked why I had never received a call..was told it was my respon. not his.Never told if my b/bar was ok or not. I contacted sev. other dealers & was told that they wouldn't dispose of a customers part without trying to contact 2-3 times.Then it would be sold as a used part. 2 suggested that the part be replaced w/another used part. This owner refused to help in any way. This is a $200.+ part that was only 3 yrs.old.Beware unless you think a good customer doesn't deserve a phone call. No one I know will do business at Airway on Morgan Rd. Birmingham, Al. again.
