She is a proficient in traditional (Swedish) massage, deep tissue,therapeutic massage,hot stone,bamboo,raindrop therapy (her favorite) and chakra balancing, as well an an array of body wraps and exfoliating treatments. A graduate of Finger Lakes school of Massage in 2009, she is committed to giving her clients healing and relaxing experience for the mind, body and spirit. She also continually learning and adding new techniques to her practice. Elana also enjoys incorporating Young Living Essential Oils into her massages. Massage Therapy is something Elana is very passionate about and looks forward to positively improving the lives of all her clients.
