Provided by YP.comMy family and I were patients of this office for about 5 years or so. I had a few issues with billing, once they even wrote a letter they were going to take us to collections because the insurance wasn't paying. I found it suspicious that the insurance paid for all visits done in the last 6 months on 1 day (according to their office). At the time, the office staff seemed to change often (too often!).
So the straw that broke the camel's back was when my daughter needed an embarrassing amount of fillings. We tried to get as many filled as we could at once, but unfortunately they kept giving us appointments (2) with the same dentist and he was horrible with my daughter. This dentist threatened my 4 year old daughter that if she didn't sit still, he was going to send me (her mother) out to the waiting room. There was about 5 employees in the room trying to "settle" my daughter, who instantly started freaking out (can you blame her?). The dentist refused to do any more fillings. They ended up referring her to Vangelis & Lee. Dr. Vangelis, the pediatric dentist, was on maternity leave, so my daughter had to see Dr. Lee (not a pediatric dentist). He warned me that it would depend on my daughter if he could fill them all at once. He was awesome - he filled all 3 teeth in 1 visit. After, he said she was perfect for him. He also questioned why the previous dentist left 1 top on each side and 1 bottom to fill. He would have preferred that they at least be all on the same side (which was an option...).
There were some dentists we liked here - my kids both loved "Doc" (Robert Sr.) and we liked Mary John. I really wished they had her see my daughter. It was really unfortunate that my daughter had such a bad experience here!
The other thing that I didn't like about this office is feeling like a number. I felt like part of the herd of cattle. Just push us through and back out the door.
