I like that the quarterly dues are not that expensive. Plus, the houses are built to be sturdy and they have beautiful classic designs.

Great place to buy a retirement home or condo, particularly if you are not a golfer and do not want to pay fees to maintain a golf course or restaurant. The place is very well taken care of and any problems are remedied immediately. Condo buildings are extremely well built and there is little danger of hurricane damage. Folks at Westmark are very nice to deal with and always try to meet the requests of residents. Beach Club is an excellent facility and the pool is very large.

We love that all the maintenance is taken care of very well by the crew who works here. I did enough maintaining of homes in my life. Now we can just relax and enjoy the amenities that they offer, which are plentiful.
