Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court is responsible for maintaining court records and collecting all court-related fines and fees. It also serves as the accountant and official record keeper for the Board of County Commissioners. In addition, the Clerk's office handles the recording of documents, issuing of marriage licenses and applications for passports. It also operates various other departments, such as civil, traffic finance, and internal and family services. Its internal services department provides services to the public and other departments and comprises the transcribing, appeals and cashiers section, information booth, and jury, marriage license and passports sections. It is located in Vero Beach, Fla.
