"I was born and raised in Vero Beach Florida! I have been to many gyms in town and had various trainers throughout, but if I had to choose the one person who has helped me the most with my on again off again weightloss challenage. Jill Price and City Fit is my answer! After graduation I came home to realize that the college days had taken their toll on my nutrition, my fitness, and my waistline. I had to trade in my everyday college sweats for business suits and heels and I didn't have long. I began City Fit with Jill on July 28th, 2008 and to date 3 days after my 23rd birthday I have lost 18.4 pounds! Aside from the pounds I have found a new relationship with food, a great new workout buddy in Becky, a constant supporter in Jill, and even a new time for a workout. 5:45 in the morning!
