I waited in the drive through for 8 minutes with my food sitting there and the staff were on there phones not even worried about my food getting cold. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

The Vernon, Texas McDonalds is the worse I have ever seen. I am an avid McDonalds coffee drinker. I love my McDonalds coffee, most of the time. I am at the vernon McDonalds every day. They have a new remodel. Ever since they got it, NOTHING WORKS. The speakers dont work half of the time. Their is not even enough space the get two vehicles of normal size at both speakers IF THEY DID WORK. How hard is it to get two senior coffees with two CREAMS right.? Half the time they have sugar or are black. One is for my mom every morning. She is diabetic. She gets sugar in her coffee instead of cream. The ice cream machine is down 99% ofthe time. For the last three days, you can only order coffee, tea, or water. They have NO. Soft drinks. I have seen food sit out in boxes, beside the new freezer, when it is 100 degrees outside. This is bread, eggs, etc. And ive seen them sit out in the rain....no care to get them inside out of the weather. Today, along with my two coffees, i had a Dr. pepper..oh wait...out of soft drinks...three different bisquits. I pulled up to get my order, they handed me tea and a burrito. I said, is my order not on the screen. Im told, no...they already erased it. I said, well. My order is wrong. Took ten more minutes....before im late for work...till they got it straight. I believe Braums is looking better and better for breakfast from now on.
