Seem to be incompetent . Short temper when you call . Give you the wrong appointment time then dont call back and correct it . Ordered equipment then told it was in then not in then have to get preauthorization then wasn't going to be told it was a rental till I got in there . Just to much .

This company is rude and obnoxious. They do not care about their clients. Contrary to their website, they schedule visits days later. They have no professional sense regarding elderly clients. As a licensed medical professional, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism. Find another company to supply your oxygen.
