During her time at the Hines VA Hospital, she worked in a variety of settings including acute-care, long-term care, outpatient counseling, wellness facilities and home health care. When working with clients, Nora tailors nutrition education to each individual to achieve the best results with long-term success. In addition to individual nutrition counseling experience, she enjoys community outreach through public speaking engagements on various nutrition topics including: Healthy Summer Eating, Obesity and Behavior, Heart Healthy Living, Weight Management, and Diabetes Basics.
