Vanessa is pursing her Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition with a concentration in Obesity and Eating Disorders at Northeastern University. Vanessa is working on obtaining the Certification on Diabetes Education (CDE). Vanessa majored in Nutrition and Dietetics; she also completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both with high honors. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute-care, long-term care, outpatient counseling and home health care.
