Overhill Farms has been manufacturing a variety of frozen food products, including soups, sauces and pasta dishes for more than 30 years. It maintains an over 200,000-square-foot kitchen facility. Overhill Farms maintains a staff of approximately 800 employees. It serves clients in retail, foodservice, healthy airline and warehouse club segments. Overhill Farms offers a variety of poultry products, such as chicken strips, breasts, nuggets, enchiladas and sandwiches. In addition, it provides seafood that includes stuffed salmon, shrimp, and fish and chips. Overhill Farms offers meatloaf, lasagna, rice, Salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes and blended vegetables. It also provides corn digs, scrabbled eggs and chicken pot pies.
