I only needed a checkup to be able to go on an LDS mission, and I thought I'd let them clean my teeth too. For X-Rays, cleaning, and fluoride the charged me $200. Even though a majority of dentists in the area give a discount for missionaries and an even larger discount for cash, they charged me full price. I've looked around and $200 is pretty pricey for what they gave me and not giving me any discounts really surprised me.
