I have only stepped foot into this place 3 times and have received great service. However, recently I call at 5:06pm (close at 5pm) to order 2 items and since it is after hours I have to call back during business hours or step foot into the store to get my items purchased!!!! This was frustrating as I work out of town and am unable to physically step foot into the store or call during business hours!!! I plan to take my business elsewhere if you do not want to take a few minutes and have the decency to write a note and pass it along to someone who CAN or is WILLING to help me it would be appreciated. You lost my business and anyone else that I HAVE referred to AND any other potential future referrals I WOULD HAVE sent your direction.
