My family and I have rented with the management off and on for over 5 years. The management is a little eccentric but okay and depending where you live is who is your rental manager. Lets just say some should not be managers if they can't even enforce the rules themselves. In the same place with said manager hope you don't need something like a refrigerator or stove or leaking toilet fixed it might take you almost a year to get it fixed if it is fixed. Also if your disabled they do not like placing the signage up within regulation standards. Its like pulling teeth to get them to put the sign up and then you have others park on top of you so you can't get in. Not to mention there is not enough parking for all the tenants and some park in the grass. The way I see it if you advertise luxury lake apartments they should be kept up better than these. I loved our apartment due to the size and the quietness. I guess if you have a family with special needs you need to look elsewhere.
