About the Owners Melinda Herron has worked in the insurance business for 22 years. She has worked for independent agents, as well as captive agents. Working for the different agencies over the years she was able to learn what works and what doesn't work. With these goals in mind, she decided to open up her own agency in 2004. Since the opening, she has experienced 50% growth every year. And with some of the top companies in the industry, she can make sure that you have the right insurance. Wanting to expand into the commercial market, she invited Ken Jordan to come on board in 2008. Ken began working in the commercial insurance field in 2004. His background includes, but is not limited to, Oil and Gas, Restaurant/Bars, Trucking and Transportation, and Artisan Contractors.
