Its in-house favorites feature California chicken and shrimp, seafood enchiladas and vegetable platters. The restaurant serves saut ed fajitas with bell peppers, onions and refried beans. Yolanda's Mexican Caf also offers a party platter menu that includes beef enchiladas, chicken wings, beef taquitos, poppers, cheese burritos, chips, rice, beans and fruit. Additionally, the restaurant provides various catering packages that feature a variety of food options, as well as plasticware, paper plates and napkins. Yolanda's Mexican Caf , with a location in Ventura, Calif., also operates restaurants in Oxnard, Camarillo and Simi Valley, Calif.
