Its amenities include a fitness center, barbershop, library, 24-hour staffing postage stamps, laundry rooms, private banquet room, out-of-town trips, notary services, and photocopy and fax services. Ventura Townehouse provides various services, including three meals daily, personal assistance, recreational programs, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, personal wellness checks, medical appointments and monitoring of medications. It provides assistance services on a temporary or permanent basis and its facility is fully certified for the Medicare program.
