UPS is a great service in general, but this phone number isn't. It's a "recorded message" that answers all the FAQ's UPS would like to answer, but does not get you any help you could use, like contact with a real person who could answer a question, not on their list of "approved questions". It's a frustrating experience for an otherwise good company. I've gotten great service in general from UPS, but this phone number to call for information was no help at all for me.
