Gaye is the proprietor, and is a wonderful person to interact with. Cheerful, chatty, positive, always interested in you and your life! She turns a routine grooming into a fun experience, something I never thought I would say as a man. The small salon is about as uni-sex as you can get: No frou-frou decorations or pastel chairs, no blacklights or Craftsman toolboxes at workstations. The usual assortment of products and cleaners are on display (but never hard-sold), and the flat-screen TV in the corner gives waiting patrons something to do if they have flipped through all the magazines. I don't use tanning beds, but Gaye has recently purchased new tanning bulbs for their older beds, which means they are actually more efficient than newer-looking beds with faded bulbs! Gaye never fails to impress me with her hair styling skill, she makes it look so easy to get impressive results! Looking forward to going back this week for a trim!
