The employees and services are fine once you're there with an order. However, contacting this office is a nightmare. They never answer the phone; there is a recording that connects you to a general Quest directory where they try to find you a nearby office. (DUH) They don't list their fax # on recording and it's not listed on website. I had to call customer service for Quest in general to get this simple info. This process is super frustrating. I can't imagine an elderly person doing this on their own. We have our elderly mother part time during the year for 2 months and communicating with Quest on Loma Vista has always been difficult.

The Main Street Lab has discontinued there phone service. You can only listen to a phone message that directs you to the website. The Main Street lab only had 2 technicians that could successfully draw blood because I have very difficult veins, I would call and make an appt. for one of these technicians. I can no longer contact the lab directly, so I will have to find another diagnostic labs that is more customer service friendly.
