I ordered a HP1 Sonic Bark Control Collar. What I got was a USED unit with some dogs fur on it! This company sells units that are returned, BEWARE of them DON'T buy anything from them.

Wonderful company! I bought the Power Pet door back in 2008 and it is still working like a charm. Since then I have purchased several other of their smart pet gadgets with very good results. Liz and Marcella are excellent in customer service. I always know I am in good hands when I have a question for either of them. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Received three different units from them. None of them worked. Was assured that if we were not satisfied that all money would be returned. No money has been returned, and they refuse to return telephone calls. Always put into voice mail, and no one ever calls back. I would not recommend that anyone purchase their product.
