I recently made a purchase at Lights Beautiful Ventura. My wife and I chose an oval chandelier for our dining room from Hubbardton Forge. The item took 8 days to arrive in the store. I was pleased to receive a phone call today that the item was ready for pick up and that the store would close at 5:30pm. I left work and went straight to the store arriving at 5:18pm, shocked to find that all the "beautiful" lights were off. I am fairly disappointed in this considering the employee was very explicit about their 5:30pm close time today. Guess we'll have Turkey in the dark...
