I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, NACBA and the American Bankruptcy Institute, I have been practicing law in Ventura County California since 1989. Focusing on bankruptcy started in 1988. I am admitted to practice law in the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California, The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. I have filed appeals in every one of those courts except the Eastern District of California. I can answer your bankruptcy questions. The initial consultation is free. I have been practicing law in Ventura County, California for over twenty years. I am located in your community, I am not an "internet attorney." You can come in and sit down in my office. We can talk face to face. Ninety Nine percent of my practice is bankruptcy or bankruptcy related. My office is geared up to handle your case efficiently. I will get your credit report for you.
