If you own a German Car and want the best service in this area go see Sorin. I have a 500 SL which has always been delivered serviced. However, I recently had a problem that the local MBZ dealer had trouble explaining. By chance I found Sorin who has extensive dealership experience and he knows his cars top to bottom. He fixed my initial problem and found several other issues that needed correction. I am a major car guy and have I build cars. However, the sophisticated MBZ needs a subject matter expert and Sorin is my guy from now on. He is honest and friendly and above all he know what he is doing and what he is talking about. As a bonus, I paid him less than I would have paid at the dealership.

What a pleasant experience.This guys are way better than any dealer I ever been. I own a 2008 S550 and nobody around town could fix the problem When I met Sorin, the owner, he was very friendly and he assured me the car will be fix. I am so happy to have found this first class Mercedes mechanic shop....clean, friendly, dependable, commited to service with incredible workmanship. I've been here 2 times now and each time, the guys servicing my car were nice and courteous. After dropping off my car, the guys would call me back within a couple of hours with a diagnosis and their recommendations. They are never too pushy to try and add on a service my car doesn't really need and they offer fair prices. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this shop. I have a 2006 E350 and the alternator died. The car was towed to the shop and the owner more than took care of my car. Prices were way below dealer's and the service was beyond expectations. I highly recommend this shop for their prices and services.
