made my car look like new....it was new until my husband dropped a suitcase on it, now it is back to new

Someone gave me a big dent above my wheel well in a parking lot. The dent was noticeably bad because the rest of my car was nearly perfect. I took it to the best body shop in town and they quoted over $1000. Carl quoted me much less than 1/2 that. I was a little reluctant because of some of these reviews, but Carl seemed trustworthy. Carl, the owner, was completely professional. He did exactly what he said he'd do. He did a good job of describing the risks. In fact, I asked him about the two less favorable reviews from yelp (those from 6/13/10 and 12/6/10 and he explained every detail). Bottom line: my BMW looks brand new again. He did a great job. He was total pro. He's been doing this for 20+ years and it shows. I hope I don't have need to take it back again, but if I do I will. I highly recommend ding masters in Ventura.

My mother took her car to this place 3 weeks ago to fix a small door ding, this cost her $155. I was at her house yesterday and checked out her "fixed" dent. This company really messed up her car. It is hard to explain, but the dent is now creased out. It was a small door ding, but now it is a crease pointing out... My mom is 78 years old, and she believed the con man running this place that he did the best he could, and thats the best anyone could do, she kept telling me how nice he was. When I called the guy running the place he told me the door was perfect when my mom left...I don't think my elderly mom took off the door panel and pounded on the inside of the door. What a creep, we a going to take him to small claims to get moms money back. I know the economy is bad, but this makes me sick.

Stay away from this place...it is the place with the old fire engine. Took my car to Carl's Ding Masters (dingmasters) paintless dent repair. Carl was real friendly and told me that he could get my small dent to look 90% better for $125.00. The dent was on the fender and about 2 inches across. I am going to sell the car, and though the dent was hardly noticeable, I wanted the car perfect. When I came back to get the car I was shocked to see that the dent was worse then when I dropped the car off. The paint was all chipped and now instead of a hardly noticeable smooth dent there are multiple small raised bumps, like someone hammered a screwdriver from underneath the dent, it looks terrible, absolutely terrible. He did not charge me screwing up my car...what a guy? He said my car had old paint and that's why it turned out like that, I told him it was 2004, he new it was a 2004, he just stated I had old paint...WTF? So maybe he can fix dents on only new cars, and not the antique 2004 mode

Honest and hard working person. his work is outstanding . performes is excellent and saving customers a lots of money. he is the only ding master in ventura.
