General Info
I have been in real estate for 22 years, both as a state certified and FHA approved appraiser and real estate broker. I attended San Diego State University on an athletic scholarship, was a member of the 1987 NCAA All-American Track and Field Team and received my degree in Advertising. My appraisal experience includes all type of residential properties. I have worked with just about every major bank, including Chase and Bank of America, and have appraised just about every type of residential property including multi-million dollar ocean front estates, rural farm acreage, manufactured housing, multi-use and small income properties. Additionally, I currently review mortgage appraisals for quality control and have performed forensic investigative appraisals for Fannie Mae. I am a certified relocation specialist. I also work with attorneys in such areas as attorney litigation, family law, estate planning and homeowners with PMI removal and tax assessment appeals.
