We have never had a bad meal here. The food and service has always been very good. The staff has always treated us very good.

On a Tuesday night, it took ONE HOUR for our party of 6 to be seated! The food was incredible, but we were served separately, not all at once. The service we received from our server was adequate, but every single employee outside of that treated us with the most extreme rudeness we have ever encountered as upstanding patrons. The staff spoke about us to each other, while openly pointing us out in the restaurant. One server even included her customers in on the "fun", and made gestures/sounds of disgust as we walked past. We asked to speak with a manager twice, but were never obliged. We are truly appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed and would never expect anyone to have what was to be a good meal with good friends, turn instead into a bizarre and embarrassing dining experience, even at the lowest rated of establishments. To say we are disgusted would be an understatement. We recommend the food at Aloha Steakhouse in Ventura, but the service needs a serious overhaul.
