We are regulars, enjoy the live jazz bands in the second room on Tuesdays and Thursdays, especially when they have open mic for guests. Many great musicians join in. Food has always been good, although service isn't their strong suit. Still, lots of fun, just don't be in a hurry, patience required.

We are regulars at The Bistro and always try to make it when Lisa Reding band is there. Never disapointed, Best Italian food in Venice. Lunia's can't competete with the friendly service.

Went to dinner Saturday August 25,2012.at Valenti's Allegro Bistro. The food was great,so many choices,every thing was delicious. Music was great,they were 'The Lisa Ridings Band" We had a great time,and will go back.

Perhaps the earlier reviewers know something I do not, but the food I had today was mediocre at best, and the service was absolutely horrible. Not in recent memory have I been ignored so entirely by a server (and I was being perfectly nice!) A $9 reuben sandwich had about 5 or 6 pieces of sauerkraut and came with no sides, but more than enough bread on the sandwich. Ordered a hot dog for my child and was told they "don't have them anymore," even though they were on the menu. I work for a popular, upscale restaurant group, so I have a feel for what makes a good restaurant. I won't ever waste my money at Allegro Bistro again.

My family took me to the Allegro Bistro for my Birthday. The group of us loved the fact that there was something on the menu of interest for each to enjoy, the food was great, and the service from Maria was excellent we will be back thanks for taking such good care of us, it was fun.

By far the best pizza in Venice. All the food is freshly prepared and delicious. Nella, the owner, is a delight and is never to busy to serve. We always ask for one of her tables and she takes excellent care of us!

Great food, great service, and great ambience. Definitely will give Angelo's and Luna's a run for their money . . .
