Brenda and all the guys are great people, , they have been caring for our water system for years, as far as the comment about cost, they are very fair, you get what you pay for. I like the excellent service they deliver.
John has been servicing my water system and my parents for over 10 years. Their prices are fair, they are quick to respond and they do high quality work. The other reviewer is a moron. Anyone that thinks any type of serviceman will make a trip to your house for less than $50-100 is out of his mind.

Contacted this company to come repair a $3.00 pvc valve leaking. They were prompt and quickly repaired the pipe. This was my first time working with this company and when he left me the bill, he had charged $60.00 in labor fees. It had only taken 15 minutes and most of that time, he spent sitting in his truck. After calling to complain about the service fee, I was told it was and always has been that price and basically, too bad. I contacted other water specialty companies in the area to find out they were cheaper. Since I didn't ask beforehand, I paid the invoice, HOWEVER, I would strongly advise that they WARN a new customer of the fee. I would have asked a neighbor to fix it before paying this rate. Their customer service skills need work.
