I only gave them one star because it was the lowest I could go. They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, FOUL MOUTHED! I would not wish them on my worst enemy. They were slow to come out to the job, were rude when they were here. I called to see when they were going to come back to finish the job with the new part and I also was hung up on. I really dont know how these guys stay in business? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are to many good companies out there to deal with these clowns. STAY CLEAR!

I have used Dave's Appliance services for many years. My first experience was with my dryer. It requred an expensive part that I didn't think was worth repair. The dryer was older. I purchased a used one, same make, from them at a low cost with a warantee. I have used that dryer for the past 4+ yrs with no problems. I just gave it back to them as I purchased a new one. He came an installed w/full hookup at no cost. My washer finally quit so Dave was honest about that and unfortunately he didn't have a replacement at that time. I purchased a new one. Terry is a business man with little time to 'chat' as he is out making a living. It should be understood. I appreciated his honesty and iknowledge. If you are looking for an repairman without all the frills but to the point, then Dave's Appliance would be the company you would call. They are local and been a resident and in business in Venice for many years.

They were horrible rip-off, EXPENSIVE, RIP OFF, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL. Called Dave's repair to repair our dryer two days ago. They left only to have to come back cause dryer made horrible noise. Tech was messy, rude, defensive. They charged us $78.00 and were there for ten minutes. When I mentioned I thought that was high cause there were no parts involved, he became beligerant, defensive, rude. Left and slammed door saying "you need a dryer part." Ran after him and he was down driveway, asked how much is part and rudely yelled "I have no idea." Called company to complain, and they hung up on me. RIP OFF, RUDE, HORRIBLE. NEVER USE DAVE'S APPLIANCE REPAIR!!
