Market fresh meat, seafood, poultry and produce are lightly grilled, baked or broiled by Hal's Bar & Grill s Executive Chef, Manuel Mares, who changes the menu seasonally, but allows Hal s signature dishes to always be available. These include grilled half chicken, famous Caesar salad, French fries, Hal's ice cream sundae and a bread pudding. Hal's nearly 40-foot wood and stainless steel bar is home to some of the city's friendliest bartenders and award-winning cocktails, such as Liam's Cantaloupe Martini. The restaurant offers a list of top-rated wines and spirits, as well as a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. Hal's features live jazz every Sunday and Monday night with no cover charge.
