My sister and I both went in for a hair cut. And we ended up having to go to somebody else to fix their mistakes. The layers were completely uneven and they didn't even cut it how we asked. One other time I did go back to get color taken out of my hair. I sat around for a while, and when they did sit me in a chair, they said they could NOT remove black. Salons can't get black out of hair? Who can, then? They sent me home advising me to wash my hair with dish soap until the black was completely faded, and to strip the black out myself.
