Then they took the time to explain everything I needed to do and how to do it. And when I got stuck I found that the answer was just a phone call away. I was even helped out by one of your employees on a day you were closed ( WOW! ) It is very seldom that you find a company with this kind of great customer service. Dear Mr. Ivarsen, This is to let you know I am really happy with the new patio cover. Sorry now I didn't do it year ago as I know we will really get a lot more use out of the patio. It really makes the house look finished now, as this is a long house and didn't have any kind of a break across the back. I know your son took some pictures, but I am sending you a before and after, as it shows how much better the place looks with the roof in place.
