If I could give negative stars I would! We went in to purchase a color laser printer, the lady working did answer our questions about the printer we chose. Our purchase of a laser printer and an extra set of cartridges would have cost over $500. My fianc told her what we were needing the printer for and she then showed us a better cheaper option. Awesome, thanks! However, our $349 purchase ended up totalling $1049 after she couldn't figure out how to use the register and credit card machine! Now I'm stuck waiting upwards of 45 to 90 days to get my money back while my bank takes care of the charges. Thank you OfficeMax! The manager, while pleasant to deal with wouldn't/couldn't do anything to rectify the situation.

I only use this store! You would not believe how awesome these people are to me! Sarah and Mike are hands down the most awesome people that have ever guided me in my electronic decisions. These awesome people have saved me on many occasions. I highly recommend them!
