Dr. Neha Didwaniya focuses on making a plan to care for the person, not the disease. Her goal is to get to know patients as individuals and work with them as a team to achieve better health. She particularly enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions through lifestyle changes. As a primary care provider, she believes an important part of her job is coordinating care for her patients and helping them navigate the health care system.
