He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance Option with a minor in Economics from Washington State University (Pullman). He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and has served as a board member for the Oregon and SW Washington chapter. A Clark County resident for over 45 years, he is active in the community, including serving as past Chairman of Clark County YMCA, a long time member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver – Sunrise, and a member of the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Mark and his wife, Karen, have two children.
