Dr. James Bossmann helps patients manage difficult emotions, heal, and lead healthy lives. He develops close relationships with patients and explores how their history, social circle, emotions, and thought patterns influence their mental wellness. Dr. Bossmann has found that by caring for the whole person he can better guide patients around obstacles and support their recovery. He believes that research-based evidence, clinical expertise, and patient values are all necessary pieces of a thoughtful treatment plan. Dr. Bossmann sees adults of all ages in his practice. He has special interests in shared decision-making, treatment-resistant anxiety, grief, physician and provider burnout, and psychotherapy.
