We are a full service Chapter 7 Bankruptcy preparation service. We will prepare all of the official Federal bankruptcy forms required by the courts for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. It takes about 35 pages of court forms covering just about everything there is to know about your finances. These are not templates or forms but completed documents that are ready for the court. All you do is sign your name and turn them in to the court clerk. The documents include all of the schedules from A to J, and the various mandatory statements. The total petition itself is approx. 65 to 100 pages of documentation. There are no hidden fees for our services. We charge $300.00 to prepare; no matter how many creditors you have. If you need to, you can file one joint bankruptcy with your spouse and save on court fees. We will allow you to add your spouse at no extra cost. There is a court filing fee of $299.00. The Court filing fee can be paid when you file, or in three (3) installments. The first payment can be paid when you file or can be paid within 30 days of filing and the remaining payments made every 28 days thereafter. In some cases, the Court filing fee can be waived.
