after a high priced service call which resulted in an additional problem the service man came back and fixed it with no additional charge. He was very apologetic and efficient in the second repair. Fast and complete job well done.

Giovanni from Schuelke was very thorough in finding the cause of what was wrong with our water heater. I really appreciated that he took the time to investigate the problem rather than just finding a surface solution that would have inevitably led to the same problems down the road. He explained everything clearly, ordered the necessary parts, and came back to do the repairs as soon as my schedule allowed. He explained and showed me the repairs he made. I feel confident in the work he did, and the hot water is working great. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, thanks to Giovanni!

didn't write a review on company because the shown plumber didn't do the work. The plumber Who showed up was curitious and did the cleanout on our blockage with mixed results . Did clean out the drain which now works, but lost the blade from the cable which may cause future problems. I do not blame the plumber as this was an unforeseen problem and he was very appolegitic. It's because of everything I can't give 5 stars

Giovanni was very courteous and extremely professional. He explained every option available to solve my problems. What started as a simple project turned out to be a major issue in disguise. (Old rusted fittings and stuck valves needed to be cut out and replaced.) Giovanni stayed patient and stuck with the project to insure it was done correctly. When it appeared another day would be needed to finish the work, he offered to come back on his day off (which I wouldn't allow). I'm a repeat customer of Schuelke Plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone.
