The title says it all. This location charged my bank debit card twice for the same order, charging me over $60 for feeding 4 people. I contacted the manager, who claimed an employee was having a medical emergency and couldn't talk. When I finally reached him again, he claimed (without looking) that the money was never taken out of my bank account, and that it was just "floating around" and would be kicked back into my account. Funny, he claims he didn't get the money, yet several months later, it's still gone from my account, and they say he DOES have my money. This said, I used to own a Subway. I know exactly what he pulled. He's lucky he wasn't reported for theft by deception.

Apparently the oven doesn't work correctly because the sandwiches are not even warm when toasted. It's been the same for the past several months. The person preparing the sandwich was extremely rude (1/14/2012 at 9:40 am). She put a thin layer of steak on the sandwich(footlong- used a container like for 6"). Usually the portions are good, but this person was rude and complained about being sick all night and still feeling bad....the person handling and breathing on the food was sick! I think I'm done giving this store a 2nd chance.

I called an order in and when I picked it up there was nothing added or missing from my order. They were friendly on the phone and it is a very clean place to eat.
