The first time i visit new image general dentistry , I new I had found a place where i could get all my dental work done. The people that work there with Dr Garcia are wonderful, patient understanding and most of all very professional. Great relaxing environment great message chair to..... I have been a patient of Dr. Carrero's for almost 10 years. I chipped a tooth days before winter holiday and his staff got me right in. I was evaluated and discovered that I had other issues to tend to (I had neglected my teeth for almost 2 years). Dr. Carrero went through all needed procedures and was so patient with me...even as I sat crying because I was worried about the impending work needing to be done!!! Over the years I have had filling, crowns, root canals, and my wisdom teeth extracted...and Dr. Carrero was patient and supportive during EVERY procedure!!!! He always greets me with a smile and asks how work is...he answers all of my neurotic questions and NEVER makes me feel foolish!!! His assistant Wayne is amazing as well as the staff at the front of the office!!!! Always an overall professional and caring experience!!!!!!!! Melissa P.

I made an appointment with this dentist because I needed a new crown and my regular dentist could not do it for a month; additionally my dentist always made me wait a hour or more in his waiting room every time I went. I chose this new dentist because I saw that he does evening and weekend appointments. I needed a dentist that can work around my schedule; not his. I cant not be sitting in a waiting room and lose time from work. I simply cannot believe what an incredible dentist this guy is. I had no waiting at all, they were ready at my appointment time, and he did an incredible job. He found some problems that went undetected by the other dentist. Additionally he was able to offer me more than one solution to the problem I was dealing with. I have moved to this new dentist and will stay with him. I could not be more pleased.
