Just moved to the area and was told about this place by a coworker about the great food they have so I decided to give it a try despite waiting in 2 different lines for 20 minutes the food was great cutomer service was ok I also came back a few more times but on 05/22/17 I decided to go get some sofrito and this was the worst cutomer service experience in life!!!!!!!! I told a spanish guy employee I would like to purchase some sofrito and he look at me raised his voice and said I don't speak English!!!! Which he did!!! in front of everyone !!!! Cutomers behind me said is he freaking serious and was in shock! I felt very disrespected how RUDE!!! But kept quiet just observed... After a few minutes he say what do you want again in english and I told him and he handed me the sofrito charging me 5 dollar for the smallest one which I never payed that much for at a latin place maybe this guy was just plain races or having a bad day!!! But I will never return after my experience yesterday because that guy really made me feel unwelcome in their store!!! Wish I knew his name I think his hair was in a ponytail

My company had a Thanksgiving potluck on Sunday and we ordered 2 turkeys and 2 hams from Latinos and it was not only embarrassing but disgusting! The turkey was dry and cut into big chunks rather than sliced and they had the audacity to give us thick slices of boiled sandwich ham instead of a traditional spiral ham! I contacted them and was told by a manager that she would speak to the owner and call me back and surprise surprise, I never received a phone call back! I will never go to this place again!

Great supermarket. My friends and I try to get there at least every two weeks. The food in the cafe is wonderful!
