Top notch experience, as usual. Tech (I forgot her name) was patient with Tinker's enthusiastic energy. Tinker thinks Dr. Bill is a dreamboat. I love Vale Park and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

I love this clinic! There is a lot of seating for animals in the waiting room and the office is always very clean, and the front desk reception staff is always wonderful! My dog really enjoys coming to Vale Park because the last vet I took him to he was always so scared. It really is nice to see him running into the doors of Vale Park, he just loves the attention he gets from all of their staff.

Vale Park Animal Hospital has always been and continues to be an excellednt place to bring our dogs. We have never been disappointed with their effort to provide care for our pets. Dr. Jerry did a great job helping with our dog Sadie. I know she feels better after he fixed her mouth and removed her tumors!

I have told so many people about the warm laser treatment that is offered at Vale Park. What a great way to treat your pet. My pug Dimitri loves his visit, it's his spa day!

Dr. Olson has been treating our dog and we couldn't have hosen a better vet for him. She and the staff have been wonderful and very thoroguh in figuring out a dianosis. We'd give anything for him not to be sick but we're grateful he's being treated by such caring people.

I wish my human doctor was as patient as Dr. Bil is in explaining everything and I love the sheet they send home with you because I have problems remembering everything I was told during my pets exam/vist! We love Dr. Bill!

Vale Park staff are like family. Staff is always kind and compassionate with questions or situations you may have. Like that you don't feel rushed during appoitments and we always get all of our needs met. We appericate that they are able to accomodate us and put us into a room right away.

Vale Park Doctors go above and beyond when it comes to care for your animals. This care extends to the animal owners as well. The Dr. and staff go through every emotion with the family!

I am so greatful to Dr. Jerry and the entire team and Vale Park. Outstanding care to my dear Henery who we lost a couple months ago. I live on the North Side of Chicago now but will continue to make the trek to Vale Park for our other dog Trotter. The service and caring cannot be matched.

I would like to thank the staff for their hard work. Having switched to this office from a location that repeatedly disappointed, I do not mind the longer drive to this location, as my pet is treated with such compassion and I never leave the office with unanswered questions. Thank you so much, for making stressful visits a little easier to handle!

I love this clinic and have recommended this clinic to many people. I would not take my animals anywhere else. The front desk staff is always friendly and kind. Anytime I have needed to be squeezed in to see the vet because of an emergency, etc. it has never been a problem. The Vets are wonderful and Dr. Bill is the best! -Tony and Beth

Front desk staff was excellant! I was able to get our dog in right away when we needed to! They were all extremely helpful, compassionate and really took the time to make you feel at ease during this difficult time for us and our pet who was just diagnosed with Lymphoma. I was extremely impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment! Thank you so much!

Dr. Bill is wonderful!!! Explained our pets condition and treatment options in an easy to understand way and really took the time to give us the information we needed to make the best decision we could. Dr. Bill has the perfect bedside manner and really makes you feel like he is there for you and your pet at anytime he is needed! he has a very calm/soothing tone when speaking, makes you feel comfortable to ask questions, does not make you feel rushed, and is extreamely knowledgable! The doctors and staff are compassionate, professional and treat your pet(s) like they are their own. They saved my dog not just once or twice but several times. I can not say enough about this veterinary hospital! My family loves them and we all use them.
