Dropped off had over a month. never once did they answer the phone during that month. even went there closed a number of times during their scheduled hours. Paid 20.00 just to get vac repaired and there was no repair!!! Trying to call them and of course no answer!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

Took my Dyson in to have a button replaced that released the hose from the attachment that had broken off. I dropped it off in August, and just received it back today. The owner kept telling me the part was on order, and was suppose to be delivered tomorrow, every time I stopped in to check on it. In fact, one time I went in and he told me it had been fixed - brought it home - to find out it hadn't been touched - the hose button was still broken. I go in today, and supposedly it had been fixed. I get it home, and all he did was take super glue and glued the hose to the attachment, then proceeded to glue the button on - like I wouldn't be able to figure this out. The WORST possible place you could take your vacuum for repair!!

Gets job done quickly and reasonably priced!

Every part or supply I have ever needed, they had. They were cheeper than the factory prices.

Tried to get motor brushes for my Moms vacuum several times-said they were ordered - never came in- gave up- buying new one!!!!

35 dollars to clean and unclog my LG vac. Very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. It was ready for pick up the same day.

Called about a part for a vacuum they were no help, very short. Not a pleasant experience
