I like many people, were afraid to go into a new place that would expose all my body flaws. I had to convince myself that I was like everyone else and had to start out somewhere. When entering Pumps, I was welcomed with a smile and a "Happy to Pumps" From that moment on I was called by my name , not a number. I have enjoyed all the classes they have. They seem to know what everyone needs, weather it is an easy class or a hard class and have seen many transformations . I myself have gone from 220Lbs to 159lbs. I have seen my body go from a size 14 to a size 6. This all coming from a women that has two teenage children and is 48. What more can I say but come to pumps Fitness, enjoy the fun as well as the new friendships you will have. Any age is welcomed here without pressure.
