wasn't impressed at all...server said bread was on the way...we never got it so asked about it and then was informed they were out.. oh really ...also I ordered the penne..which was told was an excellent choice and it said chefs special sauce ...yuck... I didn't like it...well I guess ...at least they had ultra...

We had a party of 4 on Sunday (today 8/23/09) at around 12:45. Their "brunch" was winding down. I ordered a 7oz. tavern brkfst. burger, med. well w/hash browns. The "hash browns" were really American fries & burnt to a crisp. Many places have their own "version" of a dish, but hash browns (on the menu) are definitely not American fries. The "med. well" burger was oozing blood. The server took it back and 25 min. later, after all were finished eating I still did not have a meal. Had we waited any longer we would have missed the show we came to town to see. No apology from any manager (never saw any adults, only kids working except the bartender who was in his 20's, & didn't know if they served Bud?? What??? 2 servers agreed they shouldn't have hash browns on the menu if they don't serve them (I was not the 1st to be surprised). Other orders were just avg. for the prices (9.99 for a burger???) Will not be returning. Do not recommend!!! Don't waste your time.The Times is wrong!!

Had reservations and when we arrived stated that they didn't take reservations on a weekend and would not honor and was told there would be at least a 20 min wait even though it was obvious there were open tables. When we were going to walk out, they "found" a table for us. We had been there several times before and were happy but the quality of the food and definitely the service after we were seated were not up to par with the pricing or when we had been there previously. My dinner was cold and I had asked for sour cream and never got it. It was like they forgot about us during this entire dining experience. It was a birthday celebration which they were aware of and in the past had given the birthday person a free dessert, this time no and the cake was dry and almost stale. Ended up not even eating it. I would no longer recommend this establishment.
