  Healing Arts Center offers the massage services by highly experienced Toni Spraggins. Toni specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone, pregnancy, oncology, and lymphatic massage. She offers 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.

  Toni is a licensed massage therapist and offers Swedish and deep tissue massage as well as sports and other clinical massage techniques.

  Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle therapy that taps into the “pulse” or rhythm that can be felt at the head and base of the spine. Because the body is connected in all its parts, this rhythm can actually be felt throughout the body tissues.

  Sarah Hampton, LAc, specializes in traditional acupuncture, or East-Asian medicine, as well as Chinese herbal medicine. Her approach is very well-rounded and her techniques are gentle and soothing. She also incorporates Chinese massage, or Tui Na, in her sessions, as well as shiatsu. Chinese herbs may be utilized, if needed, to enhance effects of treatment.
