Its professional team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified home health aides, personal care aides and therapists provide the following services: infusion therapy, chronic disorders, professional nursing visits, home health aide, maternal and child health services, personal care aide live-in service, wound care, pediatric care and diabetic care. New York Health Care merged with BioBalance on Jan. 2, 2003. The combined entity currently trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol BBAL.PK. The company is headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y.
