Not an ethical business. If you use this business be careful and supervise their conduct closely. Do not use any business that may be referred by the president of this company as they are proposed for his benefit and not yours. Please check on references from fire restorations, etc. completed, and not in progress, as problems are often not uncovered until after several months. Be very careful when entering an agreement with any Public Adjuster. Take time to understand the role they fill and the limited responsibility they have if problems occur (even if caused by their actions). The state regulates public adjusters, but seldom takes actions against them so a license in good standing is very easy to achieve and maintain. By any objective criteria this business should not be licensed.
