I had a security system that was installed by ADT. Everything ADT did was done wrong. They never even had it hooked into the phone system and charged me for two years of monitoring even when the system had no signal. They installed a low temperature alert which failed and as a result 22 pipes burst creating over $20,000 damage. And even when their system failed and they acknowledged it was their fault, ADT refused to stand behind it. The problems and issues were endless too many to mention in a review. I contacted Inter County Alarm and replaced my system and ADT. Inter county did an excellent job and I have not had a single problem since. They are a family owned business and stand behind their work.
